a heat gun, but you have to be real carefull not to burn it, at work we use a parafin space heater.
i cramp a piece of hard wood each side, then heat close to the wood, it takes a while but once heated bends real easy.(and breaks when cold!!! twat Roll Eyes why did i try to bend it a little more!!!!)

more progress, rad fixed in,both cooling fans fitted along with top hose.

pat was busy rubbing down more paint work, finding more problems in the process.

i decided to trial fit the new airfilter!!! looks a bit tall to me!!!

me and pat then spent a little while with bits of string an pencils drawing circles, then cutting a big hole in hood, steel was about 1mm thick!!! strong stuff.

protrudes a little through the hood Cheesy

from the inside, will look better with new scoop on.   Cheesy

we missed the last one by a mile!!!!! but then we did give up on it 3 weeks before!!!!
pat who is doing most of work is having trapped nerve problems(in his neck, not nice), so things are going a bit slower.

I fully sympathise with Pat. After years of trapped nerves in the lumbar region i now suffer with the same in my neck, this is the reason I can`t get anyone to employ me properly these days. Can`t guarantee to be fit for work from one day to the next. Give him my sympathies.
