Try Banbury Trailers. They sell them individually at about £15 inc vat Used a pair of 12" ones on the back of Deliverance. Widened and shortened. Radius a nice close fit on 205 50 15 Should imagine 14" would do for front, just ask them the radius.

Tucked away nicely  Finding room for a good size battery is always going to be difficult. Can you still get the engine and box out easily.

Can you still get the engine and box out easily. yeh because my rad is infront of the engine instead of outside the frame if the rad is removed the engine goes foward quite a bit and then out of the left side of the frame Talking about tucked away nicely what's the race bike in the background.
it's only a mini moto of chinese origin that we are trying to get running properly,it only knows flatout

Looking good. Had you thought of some infill panels under seat to hide battery? Could also be used to mount a switch of some description?

I agree with Andy,fits in there nice and snug. I also like the suggested infill panel.Just a thought..make sure the battery terminals are well insulated from those overhead bits of box!

hope to do just that Pete to mount the ignition switch and maybe hazard switch I agree with Andy,fits in there nice and snug. I also like the suggested infill panel.Just a thought..make sure the battery terminals are well insulated from those overhead bits of box!
will probably end up with some sort of plastic cover over it,either over the + or maybe the whole thing

started to put the brakes back together tonight  A little progress  A little progress and fitted these 4" to 108mm adaptors  A little progress which came with these from the local trike shop  A little progress and i don't surpose anyone's got one of there going spare,it split whin i was refitting it  A little progress

time for the fun and games wiring to begin the looms from the handle bar switches were too short so had to be extended,soldered and covered with heat shrink. each one was joined in a different place to avoid a wide spot in the loom  A little progress  A little progress  A little progress  A little progress had to make spacers for the headlamp the fitted and wired it and the front indicators  A little progress  A little progress  A little progress spagetti junction  hopefully will get this all tided up into a propper loom tomorrow but all works as it should even the hazards although i haven't got an ignition switch yet  A little progress OH NO put those things away  a monkey relaxing with his bud's after a hard days work   A little progress
