I find it odd,we have given my boy(14) every opportunity ,dragged him to the lock up bought him tools tried to get him interested but to no avail.
Then my eldest girl(7) came along, not a prayer if its not pink or fluffy she doesn't want to know
The youngest(5) really tries,
I honestly think a lot is nature over nurture.

My dad got me interested in spannering - I was passing the spanners and learning the difference between AF and Whitworth at an early age.  Thanks Dad - it's led me into a lot of fun even if I've not actually built anything!

Yeah, Loony always says that. I started on a 200cc Honda & never went any smaller, but some of my old biking buddies had very fond memories of their first "Fizzies".

Suzuki TS125. Had it since 86 and it still makes me smile when I take it out for a ride.
Small bikes are a hoot.

A couple of piccys of the front end the yokes have been dropped down the forks quite considerably to level up the bottom rails of the frame and the headlight is a reject from the guzzi trike

Well spotted that man
A slightly modified Suzuki X7 tank bought a an auto jumble in Ipswich early last year
I thought it looked cafe racer-ish
I was a little undecided about the headlight but the more I look at it the more I like it we'll see what it looks like when its painted
