Yes thats a good point  Grin.........who does the best breakdown recovery service for trikes? think it would be a good idea to get some good cover as there could be some teething problems and the hard shoulder of the m6 can be a lonley place  Cheesy

I spent an entire night stood alone beside a dual carriageway on my way home from Trikefest in Cambridgeshire a few years back. Cylinder head problems. It was a bank holiday weekend & the RAC couldn't find a recovery truck that could pick up the trike. Eventually got home at 7 in the morning.
Amazing how much wildlife you see in the middle of the night though. Sat on the back of my trike & watched wild foxes playing in the middle of the deserted carriageway. That was when I decided to rebuild my Reliant trike -& it's been off the road ever since!
Apart from that one occasion, the RAC have always been pretty good. Also used Green Flag with no problems.

Thought it was you that was covered not the vehicle these days. I was a passenger in my mates car and the AA recovered it as i was a member
so surely they cant refuse to recover you if your the member and not the car or trike or bike

Yep its the member not the vehicle ( although I signed up when I only had the car ) , the RAC got me off the A14 and home a couple of months ago when my prop sheared in half ( just within their 10 miles from home free pickup ....   Grin   ) they sent out a contractor with a flatbed    ...    Grin
