Yes thats a good point .........who does the best breakdown recovery service for trikes? think it would be a good idea to get some good cover as there could be some teething problems and the hard shoulder of the m6 can be a lonley place

I spent an entire night stood alone beside a dual carriageway on my way home from Trikefest in Cambridgeshire a few years back. Cylinder head problems. It was a bank holiday weekend & the RAC couldn't find a recovery truck that could pick up the trike. Eventually got home at 7 in the morning. Amazing how much wildlife you see in the middle of the night though. Sat on the back of my trike & watched wild foxes playing in the middle of the deserted carriageway. That was when I decided to rebuild my Reliant trike -& it's been off the road ever since! Apart from that one occasion, the RAC have always been pretty good. Also used Green Flag with no problems.

Thought it was you that was covered not the vehicle these days. I was a passenger in my mates car and the AA recovered it as i was a member so surely they cant refuse to recover you if your the member and not the car or trike or bike

Hagar ..

mot update.well if you want the start of your day to go t-ts up that's OK if it only involves you. but when your doing some one a favor then No.got to the mot station at 7.45 for mots my trike-flaps trike and my van for 8 am at 9.30 still no tester.it looked like he locked up on Saturday put the keys in the letter box and went home no one else there could mot trikes.a mot station open seven day a week that does all classes 1/7 and only one tester no wonder he jacked in .so phoned around and got it booked in at another garage tomorrow at 8am.to start again
