anyone made one of these?
i started mine today as i have 3 hours of un supervised time at work fo rthe next 2 weeks and we had a lump of 2inch by half inch stainless flatbar taking up real estate
actually the bolts and all will be stainless as thats all we use at work
will post pics hoping to finish tomorrow

no completion today. actually had to work! also discovered i'd cocked the spacer tubes and the drill press at work is out of true.
wont work on it tomorrow as i'm doing an early shift (gettin away early for me birfdy)

the blank is 50mm X 230mm
ok so after i discovered a warp in my steel i had to cut 5mm off it to get one flat side

then i centred and drilled it out to 25mm

then i used the live centre to set the tool tip out to 3 inch (yes i do mix my measurements) and scribe a mark for the drive pivot holes

next step is to mark and drill pivot holes and then turn the 32mm semi-circle onto the outer edge
