Clarence. The show was based on a 1965 film called Clarence the cross eyed lion, which starred Marshall Thompson as Dr. Marsh Tracy -the same character he played in Daktari, so no type casting there then. Daktari's a Swahili word for "as" -?

It were greaaaaat in ole days,we had real ovis n buta for tay!!

Saturday pm wrestling with the like of Big Daddy, Giant Haystacks, Roller Ball Rocco, the Royale Brother and Kendo nagasaki Mick McManus. Pat Roach.... (any others?) Pukka it was  James Alexander Gordon was reading out the classified football results then I think and he still does it now Les kellet, my friends Dad. Good call that... I remember him.

(any others?) hanz striegeir aka= clark mellor only remember him because i used to look after his cars ,, he always ran old 1950,s/60,s merc,s mostly on parrafin tight with his cash,, but just about the only customer that gave me a tip in those days
