nearly got steering, just need to find a swivel bearing thingy for bottom of bulkhead.
any ideas?

The point where the steering column passes through the bulkhead/floor? To support the bottom of the column? I'm looking for ideas too Chris. I picked up a giant rose joint ages ago but haven't tried it yet.

yep thats the one.

thinking of putting a longish tube through bulkhead(with strengthening plate) fitted with a oilite bush.(cheap as chips!!!)

they do different bore sizes, mines 20mm, thought the 4 hole fixing would be stronger and spread the load further.

i've never used the company!!!

i've got hold of pair of su's, been given a mech pump.
sold me edelbrock & manifold for a tidy sum so money probs outa the way for a few weeks. Undecided

hi,
pic as promised, took one then camera died, will take more later.

bearing bolted through bulkhead with spacer fitted, this was to help in location and clearence.
