rain sorta mucked up the bending process due to it slipping in the benders we used 12 pumps which was wrong so spent some time finding what was needed, turned out to be 8 pumps at 2inch intervals over 12 sections, scrap stuff below...

got 2 more bends to do /top rail ones the rest in straight stuff, will spend some time aligning it all then we'll be welding it all up Smiley

Update…
I’ve been able to grab Tim for a couple of days although by the time I get to him then bring him back to mu place he doesn’t get a lot  of time to work, so all things considered I think he’s doing just fine Grin… Me I am the glorified  teas boy Grin

Ok top rails bend, positioned, then fettled to suite headstock,after some grinding and aligning they are tacked on.

Some straight pieces were cut to length to act as supports for the top rails and added structural strength to the headstock.
