Long story Jay jay, what with cowboy English builders not doing what they said they would and leaving a load of crap in the garden then asking for more money to finish off what they had started, and getting things like medical card and the car registered in France it has been a mare, so Christmas is cancelled and I will try and get my stuff sorted in the new year. House is ok as I can keep warm and keep my self fed so there is some good and summer won't be that far away, just got to spend what I have left very wisely to get close to what I wanted to achieve when I got here.
You'll get sorted as you are a positive sort of fella. Like you said, you have a roof over your head, you can be warm and fed. Things a lot of us take for granted. Many haven't got them and I know I am thankful that I have especially with the colder weather coming our way. Keep smiling Stix, even if Christmas is cancelled at your address! JJ  |
