I took my Son and Granddaughter to Frankie and Benny's today for their birthdays. Yes, you guessed it, Christmas songs. At least they were from the forties and fifties so no Wham or Mariah Carey (thank goodness).  |

I play drums in Titanic Blues Band here in Derby.
We started rehearsing X mas tunes last week. Thankfully we nailed it and won't be playing until 1st December.

Long story Jay jay, what with cowboy English builders not doing what they said they would and leaving a load of crap in the garden then asking for more money to finish off what they had started, and getting things like medical card and the car registered in France it has been a mare, so Christmas is cancelled and I will try and get my stuff sorted in the new year. House is ok as I can keep warm and keep my self fed so there is some good and summer won't be that far away, just got to spend what I have left very wisely to get close to what I wanted to achieve when I got here.
