wazzled this up at work last night
20mm hole 45deg dimple out to 32mm. pressed on a hydraulic press

a friend was looking at the cost of a set. so easy to make i wouldnt buy them. i should be able to blag the stock from work.
looking for some 3 inch bar for the big stuff

Spent what seemed like monthes of my life as an apprentice using a fly press to make holes like that. Simple tooling and every time it punched through I had to wrestle the steel sheet off it. And me only weighing about eight stone at the time with the upper body strength of a three year old! Smiley

I used to hide behind trees a lot when I had a dog, but have no reason to do so since the dog died.
