suspect cracked weld  Shocked Shocked  ( not my work ) on front suspension tower to chassis mounting ,, a bit more re-working required whilst the heart is out  ,,i think,, Roll Eyes

full day spent on ,EMILY ,, 8.30 untill just,,but no new photo,s ,, not alot that can be seen,, unbaxed front of chassis ,, strenghened internally then re-boxed ,,, and started fabricating new under engine cross member ,,

another day at it, Roll Eyes (bar a few hours lost doing family good deeds ) i,d forgot how hard it is cutting 10mm plate by hand  Roll Eyes
new crossmember not acked in  Smiley ,, but its left me with more problems ,,like,,, making new steering rack mounts,, and no room to put the electric water pump back where it was  Roll Eyes i even thought of changing to a mechanical belt driven pump but i,d have to move the rad forward nearly 5 inch,s .. so thats a no,,no,,
