just come back in from ,,EMILY,,S,, den (the garage) its bloody freezing  minus2 got fed up when the front suspension trapped my digits for the third time tonight  Roll Eyes
i now need a differant steering rack as this one is about three inch,s to wide and is part of the ,bump steer problems i,m having,,
remounted the rear axle so thats safe and even looks better  Smiley
had to cut of and remount one of the front lower wish bone,s as it had been welded on squiffy  Roll Eyes
lots of wrong size and fitting bolts have been used by the previous owner so by the time i,v finished i think i,ll have replaced every single nut ,bolt, and screw on her ,,
even the rear body is going to get ,junked, and remade as it aint squarely built and only fits where it touch,s ..

anybody got a narrow steering rack (20 inch,s knuckle to knuckle) kicking about ,,

Somehow there always seems to be a lot more to do once the initial excitement has gone but Emily looks to be well worth the extra effort.
The short cold, dark and damp days don't help much either.
