thanks Guy's. I have a bottle of sealer to put in the tank in case there are any pin holes etc but it's more involved than i thought being 3 seperate processes ,hope to do before the weekend and then try and make a start on assembly

well it's been a busy day got a lot done now if i only had my gearbox back we'd be nearly there  A little progress  A little progress fitted the electrics box and loom put sealer in the tank yesterday,Kreem is the name of the product took all day and it bloody stinks but hopfully does the job,hope you can see in this pic  A little progress  A little progress  A little progress fitted the tank  A little progress and the back axle  A little progress and the front end which proved a right pain due to the powercoat on the yokes.nice to see it back on its wheels,it's been toooo long hopefull get brakelines and handbrake cables on through the week and maybe have a gearbox to refit by next weekend!

got me gearbox back today all sorted hopefully,now i can't find the spring clip that holds the collar round the gear stick....typical

dr big 750 is home on holiday so while he was visiting thought it might be time to put him to work. while fitting the engine to the frame this happened, despite having covered the frame in several layers of cloth  A little progress not good but could have been worse,anyway  A little progress  A little progress  A little progress actually have a bit more than this done but forgot to take pics,hopefull get it going tomorrow
