Apologies for not dropping in, I was supposed to be at the UK Triker open day demonstrating the Sleeper Caravans.  But I'd been laid off, redundant, no longer required two days before I took my good lady to Spain for her 40th Birthday.  Anyway, got back from Spain and was offered some work, so to keep the wolf from the door I had to take the work and miss the open day.
Then low and behold last Sunday I was admitted to hospital via A & E.  Had a nice two days rest (I wish) whilst every man and his dog prodded and poked various instrument in various openings (don't ask), then to be discharged cos they couldn't 'fit me in' for the camera work they had organised (Bloody Attenborough doesn't have that problem).
Anyway I am back in the land of the living for now, till the good old NHS can find me a bed somewhere on a corridor so they can do more tests.
Looks like I could be missing the East Leeds Lions Easter Rally as well, as I have a problem with the Trike that I can't get fixed as I'm not up to it.  Might have to have a trip over in the car, just to show my face and get my T shirts I've ordered.
Still, I'm hoping to use the time over Easter to arrange the Trike to be looked at, and then I can have some reliable transport ready for the rest of the rally season that is starting to build up with a pace.  Shame cos the Sleeper was all clean and the bed made up ready for a good couple of weekends and now I'm going to have missed them.

Anyway I'm back.  Got some more write up's on the go for you MM so I'll send em in when I have the time to proof read and correct them.

Good to see you back mate, but wish you were at the hospital getting yourself sorted instead. Whatever it is, hope things improve for you.
Commiserations on the job thing too. Never gonna happen at a convenient time but that's really lousy timing. Pass our birthday wishes on to Mrs Showers please -& send in the write-ups as soon as you're up to it.

Glad you are home and hope the docs can sort you out quick.

Write ups always welcome but make sure the dates for the relevant event is included and pictures are as large as possible then we can adjust accordingly. Manky sent you an email as we need the date for the Wet Pussy rally. I'm sure you've given it to us but we can't find it. Then we can add that on to the site.

Now I know how you prefer the write ups, I'll stick to that format, so all should be well.

Thanks for the good wishes.  I've been told it's nothing to worry about (I hope), but I'm a very bad patient as I hate being 'out of order'.  Just ask my better half Atilla the Hun what I'm like when my spine is playing up and she'll amuse you for hours with tales of Mr Grumpy.

It's taken me years to show her how the kettle and toaster work, AND YOU EXPECT HER TO USE A COMPUTER

She's not very computer literate, but I am trying to teach her.  Just that she slavers on the keyboard cos the tongue has to come out when she's typing anything, and I can't afford a new keyboard at the moment.
