Impressive! Having to retrain your mind to operate a completely different set of controls can't be easy -I think I'd end up in the hedge on the first corner trying to ride that.

I'll have you know in my whole 33 year riding career, I've only ended up in a hedge once or twice!

I am still trying to imagine how you can operate the throttle with thumb and forefinger while gripping with other fingers. Sat on settee trying it but my old fingers don't move we'll enough to even pretend. I always thought it would be all twist grip. Clever stuff about isn't there?

You will notice in this picture he has got rid of the original air box and put K and N air filters on and found the bike ran like a pig.He took it to the local bike tuning shop and ask for them to set it up,they got it running which was more than what it was doing but not right. So he borrowed a set of carb vacuum gauges and started messing around with the main jets and now it runs on song

A better look at the brake lever, you can also just make out the fork legs are not standerd they are GSX1100 upside down forks. He had to have a new stem fitted to the yokes to fit the bandit frame

Just a bit more information on the bike before i reveal the overall look, where shall i start, the seat is made of two halves the front 5 or 6 inches  is the bandits so it fits the tank the rear part is a yamaha R1 he had the two halves plastic welded together then reupholstered. As you will see he has cut the original back end off the bandit, in place he welded on brackets to bolt a R1 back complete with rear l.e.d light with built in indicators. The yokes, forks, swinging arm and the rims of the wheels have been professionally polished the engine cases and other small bits he polished himself. So here it is hope you are impressed as i was the first time i saw it

I must admit I don't normally like bandits but that is one sexy looking machine, and the adaptations are looking superb.
Nice one.

In this picture his hand Grin as i have mention before he has two bikes this one and a Honda 250 motorcrosser which he green lanes. As the hand detaches from the lower part of the arm he has a hand for the motorcrosser in a different glove Grin
Just so you know the only time you will see him wear his arm is when he his on his bikes or when he is fishing, yes that's right fishing we both like carp fishing, oh by the way he also ties his own hooks. He says its not his arm, he lost that on the night of his accident,  the false arm is like a screwdriver or a spanner in a tool box no more no less

That's weird! Not sure of the appropriate response to that last pic, but that's funny!
