looking for a pair of springs that i can mount under the seats on me trike ,ive fitted mountain bike springs but they seem too hard ,not much bounce ,anyone got any ideas as to what else i could use .

Did you have the springs mounted on the outer edge of the seat? If so move them in and angle them, it will increase movement.
