Excellent bike jumble too, and useful odd tools, I can't resist looking at them even though I don't use them any more!

Took a trip down to Shepton Mallet show ground today where the Bristol Classic Bike Show is held, and was not disappointed, the weather was kind to us and exhibitors really excelled with there displays, having visited every show this is the best one for Bristol Classics i have been to with a well attended bike jumble, allthough my only purchase was not bike related it was this young chap in the photo below Alfy a 14 month old English Bull Terrier, a bread of dog i have been fond of for a very long time.

You bought a dog Rick? Was he on one of the autojumble stalls? Nice looking animal. Nice pics too.

I love these belt drives. The chap that owns this Triumph told me that he carries a small bag of fullers earth with him whenever he`s on a trip, apparantly the belts can suffer slippage and a sprinkle of compost will restore the grip  Wink

Hi TB did you go to the show today (Sunday) must admit i met a lot of faces i now never gave it a thought there might be others from this forum paying a visit all though we went on the Saturday.
The chap with the steam bike comes from our way the frame started life from a Velo Solex (French) he is often up at Sammy Millers Museum with it under steam.

Morning Rick, yep went on the Sunday, i work every other weekend and my Saturdays off are tied up, so i only get to go out on Sundays  Sad
Not sure i`d have recognised anyone anyway, the people were packed in almost as tightly as the bikes, and i was like a kid in a sweetshop, darting from one display to another  Grin.
