i allways wanted (and still do ) one of the little clanging space men of the ,smash, mashed potatoe adds i believe you could by them at one time?  anyone got one in there cupboard  please  My uncle used to work for Fords in Cheshire, he used to make them out of ford cortina and granada ghia parts, chrome washers for the arms, chrome coat hooks for the hands axle grease caps for the head, etc, if i've still got it i'll post a picy. Kent, same year as R Cajun and the Zydeco Brothers, she was on really late as she came down after doing a gig in London first, can't remember what year though
