So was Taz's. She's working 7 days a week at the moment, for no extra pay, running a stable yard all on her own. That's why she hasn't been here much in the last couple of weeks. Back to normal soon I hope.

Tell me about it. Managed to find a little time to pop in here to see what you're all up to. Yes working 7 days a week at the moment and averaging 12 1/2 hour days every day too. Hopefully I'll find someone I like soon to employ then I can have a long earned break. All my hours are getting noted and I WILL be putting them in.

Ah the good old days lol....I used to do Continental LGV driving (car transporters and vehichle repat work) normally 4-6 weeks out and 3 days back at home....same with the firm I was with they wanted you to go over on hours, only good thing was they paid the fines if you got caught...(a lot of the time you could get away with roadside bribes in most of the out of the way countries ie Poland,Russia,Czech,Romania ect, even now and again in Germany)...I did that on and off for about 15 years...before I had enough.....hope you find someone soon Taz....Voodoo.....

We've recently opened 2 new (extra) buildings on our site. I hadnt realised I was doing 12 hour days for 7 1/2 hours pay!The work load is diabolical! Had 2 weeks leave in summer, didnt go abroad as envisaged ,so was always around at home, kept getting called back. Reckon I did ,on average 2 1/2 hours a day all thro' my leave with no pay! After a recent medical "scare" Ive decided to stick to my correct hours, and what isnt done ,then thats tuff!It still wont make "them" in their ivory towers realise we arent coping tho'! We were always at the most ,a couple of days behind with repairs, now we have ,I reckon,a 6 week backlog! Hey Ho!
