Emailed to me by Bitzman:

Dubbed “Snaefell,” the 1000cc Laverda motorcycle has three exhausts, and its sidecar offers a luxury ride in comparison to regular sidecars. The designer has employed different parts of a Kawasaki 1000RX and a number of cars to accomplish the motorcycle sidecar, which took 10 years and nearly 15,000 Euros to combine biking and luxury car ride in a single vehicle.

If you could buy it for that I reckon it would be cheap!

But if that's what it cost to build - the whole is more than the sum of the parts!

Very true Bobbi. Given the amount of development work that must've gone into it, 13 grand's cheap.

Because you can Tony.
What do they say -if I have to explain, you wouldn't understand. Mind you, they also say Just because you can, doesn't mean you should. Personally I like it. The workmanship's superb & I like the overall shape. If I had to take the wife & kid out for the day I'd rather take this than a family saloon. Mind you, I haven't got a wife or kid so don't have to make that choice.

Some people say that about Trikes. Wink

I have never ridden an outfit (even though I once had a sidecar for my Wing, never got around to fitting it), but really like the idea. Smiley
