I thank you all for your Birthday blandishments.
No big gift-wrapped pressies in the Post -I guess you're all saving them for a suprise belated party eh?
I had a very quiet celebration, as befitting a chap of my advanced years -a pub lunch in Salisbury yesterday followed by ten pin bowling -both of which I seemed to end up paying for! First attempt at bowling. I was rubbish. Would've won if I'd been wearing my MMMotors embroidered bowling shirt!

Stick to bowling ladies over, not ten pins!  Wink

Yup, should stick to what I'm best at.
I did beat Rainbow's son, who shares the same birthday as me, at bowling though. But he IS only 14.
Rainbow & I went shopping in Bath yesterday in the hire car. Took over an hour to find a parking space -what a nightmare that place is. Nice town for shopping but I'll be taking the bike as usual in future. I normally park on the pavement outside Lambretta's wine bar in the city centre.

Haven't they noticed you haven't given that hire car back?  Shocked
