Love the red chop, (photo 2). XJ1200? Nice, clean simple machine.

Where is the Alton bike night?.......................................And don't say Alton!!!!!

In fact, what I meant was, Where in Alton is it held, and when, as I'm planning on getting around the bike nights (Poole etc) once the 'Voodoo Overload', yes it's been christened, has been MoT'd! Oh, and when?

 Smiley Cool moniker.
The Alton meet's been going for years. Nothing organised, riders just turn up for a natter & to check out the machinery. A mix of customs, classics & sportsbikes.
Alton railway station carpark, Hampshire, every Wednesday evening during the Summer months.
There's a small biker's cafe there, open in the evening for the bike meets, where you can get anything from a cup of tea to a full fry-up. Usually an ice cream van as well. 2 pubs within 100 yards of the carpark too. You can never guarantee how busy it'll be -some nights it's packed, others it's quiet.
It's only on for a couple of hours -bikes start arriving around 6.30 & by 8.30 - 9.00 it's empty again.

There's another meet every Wednesday at Loomies Cafe, which I think is on the Alton/Petersfield Road, Hampshire. Never been to that one, but I'm told it's all sportsbikes.

Oh & Boxhill of course, between Leatherhead & Dorking, every Sunday morning & Bank Holiday Mondays during the Summer. Cafe onsite there too.
