This of of my Great Uncle & Aunt from Ireland with my second cousin in the front. (Met her when she was 90 a few years ago in Dublin)

as I could not remember what the bike was, I asked and this is the reply
"Dear Mr Smith
Thank you for your enquiry and the photo. The bike was registered with
Kerry County Council around 1908. Pat Davy our assistant librarian
identified it as a 3 1/2 hp Rex by its distinctive front forks, together
with the fact that the square fronted tank was introduced in 1907 and
the "Chess Man" control was fitted on the left hand stole at the front
of the tank in 1908. The make of sidecar is uncertain but Rex were
offering outfits using Montgomery sidecars at this time.
