managed to get a bit more sleep last night, i have a had a good telling off by charmain for overdoing it on the rally/show front

Take it easy mate. There'll always be other shows.
I'm working on my trike frame tomorrow, Flap's frame on Saturday & off to my brother's workshop to have a good look at my new car body on Sunday & draw up some sort of plan of action for it.
