Stop it you lot!  Tongue
Seriously, not having seen the tap for my trike for a while, we assumed it was meant to be angled. I'll check mine tomorrow. Hopefully we can gently tweak it back into shape.

take it easy. as you can tell by the weight of them they are made from brass then chromed. if the lever is the same material it's like cast ali... it will easily bend once. but twice is another thing

Had a look at the petrol tap this morning and it looks like it should have a curve in it. There are little notches that it sits in on each of the 3 settings and the curve is just on the edge. Manky is going to look at his one. The tap is stiff in the movement but if it bent through that then it would be bent sideways but it's bent down. That's the only time it's been out the box so I'm sure it's ment to be like it.

as twisted has stated it should be straight.
i have 4 brand new ones here.
if it breaks send it back and i'll get another off to you.
it would bend if it was dropped

AHH IT'S NOT QUITE AS EASY AS IT SOUNDS.

it left here well packed and straight.

so to get a replacement, one of them will have to publically proclaim to be ham fisted and have 10 thumbs Grin Grin Grin

Don't worry about it, it feels strong and I'm fine with it as it is and it still works as it should.  Grin

I can't own up to something that I have no clue about how it happened. Just one of them things.
