Hi guys, I may be being mental here Grin but has anyone heard, seen etc of a Toyota mr2 trike? Any thoughts, that are writable on the open forum?
The thinking is this. Its a rear wheel drive with mid engine, so the gear shift will have the necessary linkages, and should be quite quick Shocked
Any thought appreciated.
(It's not for me, honest its for a mate, really and honestly  Embarrassed Embarrassed)
Thanks

Mike repo'd a Lotus Elite once, one of these...

Best thing you could do with it would be trike it, I hated it!  Didn't like the looks and certainly didn't like the way it felt to sit in or the interior.

Would be damn quick too! They do a 1.6(?) 16v up to 2l turbo ones! Ive seen a few pushing out nearly 500bhp! Not that you'd need that in a trike! Mk 2s are cheaper than mk 1s at the moment as the older ones are now considered something of a classic.

Hows this for a coincidence?. I was just reading an old BSH on the bog, and saw a white MR2 trike in the classifieds.
If I can get our scanner to work, I will post a pic.
It was in Issue 243, July 2004.
