If you've followed the site for a while, you might know Chris. He's not a forum member, but was part of the crowd who used to gather at Loony's old workshop at the weekends to bugger about with various projects. He had a Moggy Minor with a Rover V8, on a Scimitar chassis & a 1990s Chevy pick-up.
When Loon moved to a new 'shop we all went our seperate ways but have kept in touch. Chris now regularly crews for my brother's drag car. He met a new lady a couple of years ago -Nicole Rumble, one of the Rumble family of Hampshire, who are all into hotrods -& they've begun travelling to the States to drag & rod events.
They're currently in California & have just announced their engagement.
Congratulations guys. A perfect match Smiley Really, really pleased for you. Have a wonderful life together.
