All paperwork sent to the DVLA, down to Andy's co-workers to deliver.

Now for a, hopefully, not too long wait.

Just an aside, had 2 quotes for insurance today, £409 & £209, which one to pick?

No, when I contacted DVLA they said not needed at this time.

Fair enough. my mate sent he's up about 6 months ago with no insurance and not taxing it. they sent back an wouldn't issue a v5 until he insured and paid for the tax.
must have changed the system!
