It’s that time of year when The Departure Lounge start their Classic Car Sundays

Our events are open to all owners of pre 1990 classic cars.

All classic cars and their owners are welcome and it takes place on the first Sunday of each month throughout the spring and summer, starting from 2.00pm.

Very nice little events & a pleasant venue, with a decent cafe on site. It only lasts a couple of hours though -they say 2pm as they often have carboot sales there in the morning, but you really need to be there half 1ish & it's all over by half 3.

I was planning on going, but spent the afternoon in the garage instead. Any new cars out for the new season?

Sounds interesting. Must admit I get a bit bored of American stuff, especially people who turn up at classic meets in modern "muscle" trucks. They're just new production vehicles that you can see in any supermarket carpark. More variety would be nice.
