The Purbeck Rally
Fri 5th - Sun 7th Aug 2016

Worgret Road, Wareham, BH20 6AB

3 day steam & vintage show with a large array of vintage vehicles and machinery including tractors, cars, commercials & stationary engines as well as full size and miniature steam. as well as trade, craft and auto jumble stalls and plenty of food and drink options. Well behaved dogs on leads are more than welcome.

If you’re looking for an interesting, fun packed day out for all the family, then you’ll love The Purbeck Rally, a once yearly, 3 day steam & vintage show held in Wareham, Dorset. This year marks the 43rd show and once again we hope to bring you a wide range of things to see & do. We will have a large array of vintage vehicles and machinery including tractors, cars, commercials & stationary engines as well as full size and miniature steam. There will be a wide range of trade, craft and auto jumble stalls for you to have a browse at as well as plenty of food and drink options. Well behaved dogs on leads are more than welcome at our show. If you would like to make a weekend of it, public camping is also available and not forgetting the increasingly popular auction on Saturday morning & car boot sale Sunday morning.

Admission: Friday - £5.00 per person Saturday/Sunday - £6.00 per person Under 16’s go free. The show is open 10am-5pm and parking is free

I was there for a few hours yesterday but forgot my camera!

I found it vaguely disappointing though - didn't seem to be as many cars as usual, and no lorries - maybe it clashed with something else.
And the tractors were so far away at the side of the field it wasn't worth the effort to walk over there.

I drove past it twice today on my way to MonkeyWorld & back, (a family day out). Lots of classics out on the roads, which is always nice to see.
