I sort of quite like that. Definitely wouldn't pass IVA though.

Only the blower height to worry about really David for line of forward vision Wink   Plus door handles would need modifying.

They are allowed to be 40mm on a slab sided car plus they wouldn't have been radiused correctly. They can be modified normally if you want to retain the original style or simply use something from a more modern vehicles that is Type Approved ( most things after about 1980).

I like early MX5 handles , nice shape, nice chrome detail and compliant Smiley

So on the Anglia I'd have to change the windscreen and door handles ? What else ? Wiper blades ,headlight bezels ? Bumpers ?

Not necessarily, You would need to check them all on the vehicle. I'm doing a Triumph Herald convertible at the moment, with very similar door handles. Luckily the chrome on them is a bit naff so we can radius them and have them rechromed, as with a couple of other trims/handles. The door handles don't even protrude out as far as the extreme edge of the vehicle so if needed (which it isn't) we could go to 50mm protrusion.
I think you would be quite surprised what would be ok on that car.
