12 or 24v help

in my present state

i seam to have brain fade 

couple of silly questions 

y, reg ===== what year,,,?

y reg mercedes 815 atego 7.5 ton gross  now then is she 12volt or 24volt electrics??

can you still claim  plate/mot exemption for a mobile workshop if so what has to be permantly fixed in  ie,, bench,,vice,,, genny,, etc,,etc,done it years ago but i,v got brain fade today

also what are the rules for tacho exemption // private use ,, not for commercial hire
