I know I shouldn't laugh but I liked the piccy.  Grin

I am expecting to hear about a class action from eco owners who say they have been misold one of the affected cars on the basis it had low emissions. They now realise they have been polluting the environment more than they realised and are so alarmed/embarrassed/distressed or have been disowned by their fellow environmentalists (select one or more), that they are claiming compensation.  Undecided

Apparently people have been trying to claim refunds or discounts on new cars, even though their models aren't affected.
I'm sure there'll be mis sold TDI callers popping up soon.

at least the tax rate will not change for these cars but i have to wonder how many of the people who will needless to say want some compo asked what the emmisions were when buying ,not many i would guess and as it doesn't effect MPG and the tax rate won't be changing i think they should be told to sod off .... or words to that effect
