I have been window shopping for a headlight for my trike, in the J&P catalogue, Hmmm.
What i'm not sure of, is it a legal requirement in the UK to have a side light/ parking light fitted in your headlight. Or can you just have main and dipped only, afterall there will be lights on the rear mud guards facing front and rear to show the width of the vehicle.
There are some really nice headlights but not many have the ability to run a side light.
Thanks
Gareth

This is a quote from the Vosa manual.
Front position light.
At front of vehicle and/or on rear mudguards
Min height 350mm
max height 1200mm
Vehicles>1300mm wide must be fitted with 2 position lamps,
which must be:
Max 400mm from outermost part of vehicle.
Min 500mm distance between illuminating surfaces.
Tell tale compulsory.
