I've recently dropped Shaun & Hunter a mail as there was a small amount of info on the web re Pendine 2015, some more has been been added to the web in the last 24/48 hrs so........
It looks like Pendine is back on for motorcycles after a years hiatus.
As of 2015-01-20 - Web info shows the 2015 event as running 4 days, from Thurs 21st May through to Sunday 24th, with the event being a joint affair between the PLRC (who ran the 2013 event) and Straighliners.

http://www.straightliners-events.co.uk/event/events/pendine-sands-speed-week.htmlThe Pendine Land speed Records club and Straightliners are pleased to announce that the Pendine speed week will take place on the 21st to the 24th of May. Yes four days of top speed action on the Historic Pendine sands. One of only five sites in the World to hold the outright Land Speed Record.
The event will be run under ACU permit and will be the first event of its type for many years . We plan to run two courses, a long course for the record contenders and a short course for the rider who just wants to come for the experience, in fact it will be just like Bonneville without the very high cost of getting there
The Pendine National Sand Records
The Long Course Record event entry costs for contenders will be
£400 for the Full four days
£350 for three days
£250 for the two day weekend entry
There are no one day entry's for records
There will be classes from 50cc right up to unlimited solo, we will also run the sidecar and three wheeler classes as well all classes will be based on the Bonneville format IE each capacity class will have the 51 divisions
The Pendine Short Course
The short course at the event is open to anyone and will be a RWUB type event with no awards or records it is just for fun
Entry costs for this are £80 per day
Camping and accommodation deals are being sorted at the moment keep a look out on the FB pages and the Straightliners web site.
A far as I can tell/guess, the event looks like it may run as a Sprint (could be mistaken on that though!! Best keep an eye on their website for details etc), and the ACU website has a download of its 2015 Handbook available here
http://www.acu.org.uk/RidersMembers/ACU-Handbook.aspx select the Road Racing download (as Sprints, Drag Racing Hillclimbs fall under this title) and PDF page107, handbook page 379 give details.
