Had the same message myself a couple of times this evening. Just one of the joys of cheap servers I'm afraid. I'm told it's worse at peak times -such as school holidays, (started here today), when demand is higher. A little out of my control, but I apologise anyway.

Glad its not just me, I have been having problems with Virgin Media, and was about to get on the phone yet again. Not using a dongle!!

Easy to cure any problem with your dongle ;
Just follow the golden rule of Dongling ;
Never let your Dongle dangle and always ensure it is in a vertical position .
