It was mentioned back in Feb. It was supposed to be a big do with a lot of input from the Victory Wheelers but in the end the car side of it seemed to get less and less. I don't understand how a council so strapped for cash can put it on anyway.  It doesn't have quite the draw the Red Arrows et al have. I think in the end the focus will be on supercars. I would think Sandbanks alone, could provide quite a selection! 

I also think Health and Safety will play a part, as even the event held on Bournemouth Prom has strict rules. Cars that don't meet their rules, eg. exposed engines, are not allowed to show (that rules out quite a few hot rods).
