That's because they left out a step where you hardtail your motorbike using nothing but a hacksaw and an old pushbike frame. Probably didn't mention it, because it's so obvious only an idiot wouldn't know how.

All seems perfectly straight forward to me but may need someone to fit the mudguards as that seems like the hardest job.
