Three options-
Buy a Forson van body to restore. Rare as hens teeth and hard work.
Build your own steel body. Very  hard work
Buy grp body. Very expensive @ around £3000

Yep that's the one.
Personally think I'd try to make my own, Partly because I prefer the longer doors of the pop but mainly because I'm an idiot  Tongue Cheesy
