Hi chaps again

Ok sd1 sump very low to the ground .. What's the common ideas to increase ground clearance  .. I've seen dry dumps but I don't have bucket loads of wonga to play with .. Ta in advance .. Steve
Could cutting oil pick up and cutting sump so no deep bowl be ok ?

Ground clearance on most of my Reliant trikes was around 4 inches. Obviously you've got a bigger, heavier engine, but you've got heftier forks too. All depends how much your front end compresses under heavy braking etc I guess.

My dad had a car years ago with 4½ inch ground clearance.  Would have been ok except we used to go to Scramble events (Moto-X foir the younger members) where spectator parking was usually in fields - oh the embarassment as we helkd up queues of traffic while my dad said 'sorry mate, can't get through that gateway'.  Embarrassed
