My back's pretty dodgy as well - not to mention my knees, hips, shoulders.......  Do I qualify for LOTS of cake?

have we got a real good carburettor man going to basingstoke,?  if so tell him to fetch his tools  Roll Eyes
That can be one of the event on the plot. a garage setup for Andys and Mikes motors a carb tunning bay. Cool Wink
and a clutch cable bay for BGs trike

Sad May need someone to have a peep at my motor also. Went out for nice ride in the sunshine earlier and just got home and started to reverse into drive and the motor stopped. It seems like the spark has failed, its got fuel. No time before Sunday to have proper look at it but not major problem as planning to tow it to Basingstoke anyway Smiley

Lucky the 500 has a large trunk  Smiley
Mrs Olds tells me I'm poorly and depressed.  Actually, the words she used were "sad, sick old git"
Does that qualify for cake?

 Cheesy

As always, utterly disorganised here, so lots of running about to do today.
Yes, VooDoo, I'm sure we can squeeze in another couple of bikes, but not sure we'll have room for an ambulance too. All towing/carrying vehicles can be parked behind the pitch though.
The marshals usually just wave us through the gate on the day, but I've got a bunch of photo copied vehicle passses. If they ask to see one, give me a ring on 07952-509223 & I'll nip up to the gate with one. If you have any problems on the day, give me a shout on that number too.
The postcode for the Memorial Park where the show's held is RG21 4AH.
The War Memorial Park,
London Road, (opposite the Police Station),
Basingstoke,
Hants.
There are yellow Transport Festival signs out on the ringroad.
See you Sunday chaps.

Bugger. I was hoping you were coming down Mike, cos I need a trailer to get mine to the show! The Pop's not running either. Just cos it ain't driveable doesn't mean you can't show it! Most of the vehicles on our pitch will be unfinished projects.

It's all no go!

I may be bringing my Mike with me as a consolation - for him!  Cos his beloved Jag has to be dragged off to the workshop cos that won't go either!  And if it's very expensive..........  could be a sad outcome........   Undecided
