whats the upto date law on screen washers,,wipers and fenders / fenderless i used to be up on all this,, but im now showing my age  as my knowledge is getting out dated |

Washers and wipers, yes you need them unles it's a convertable and you can see over the screen from the normal sitting position. Fenders, best to, but at the moment the same law applies that you probably remember. I think they're going to close that little loophole later in the year as far as MOTs etc go.

doe,s it make a diferance if its an opening windscreen ,,it used to on landrovers ,, austin project screen opens,, |
