As scannerzer says it's not as difficult as it looks.
Take it one lead at a time. Colour coding or labels at each end is a good idea as is making the leads a bit too long( they can always be shortened later)
My front to rear loom is trailer cable in its cover and most of the rest is made from leads stripped out of the cover and re bundled as required in heat shrink. This gives you seven different colours without having to buy lots of reels.

Yep i agree  with ON trailer cable is the way to go and if you use the colours as you would on a trailer it will
always make sense if you have a fault down the line

5 or 7 core? Huh

7 is what i've used i tried to get 4 core but no one locally stock's it anymore, but 7 leaves you room for expansion, extra lights etc or a spare wire should you ever get a break in a wire you can't trace

The trikes looking good, I want that front mudguard Grin

Thanks Merv,if i don't use it i'll let you know Wink

the extra plug is for the numberplate light and rear fog lamp

the other mistake? well i'm not sure if it is, but for the rest of the connectors i clamped the little yellow gaskets on each wire with the cable strain relief, not sure which is correct Huh
