Well, we have a tail to tell and no mistake. We have been on holiday in Turkey for a week. Last day was a 2 houir transfer back to the airport and we pushed the boat out a little and booked a private ar rather than go by the coach. Pick up at 11.00pm, meant to be at Dalaman airport by 1.00 am today. So we are all in the car asleep (Me, Cath and Will). Unfortunately, so was the driver Bl**dy big bang and jolt wakes me up to find windscreen glass cascading down on me, and the car completely out of control somewhere it should not be on the multilane motoray going into dalaman. To cut a longer story short the driver went to sleep, drifted onto the central resevation, hit the kerb mounted the centre, then hit a road sign before continuing on the wrong carriageway against traffic - all at about 50mph we think. My arms are cut with the glass, Cath has strained her neck (previous spine fusion up there already), and Will has pulled his middle back. Thank God for seatbelts, at least the worst is the seatbelt burns Cath has on her chest, and I have offered to rub em better !

Sheesh! You never know when something like that could happen do you. Your life can change in an instant. Thank God you won't be our next big hope in the Paralympics. Be careful out there people.

good to see your ok though andy, my daughters freinds parents was over in portugal in july fetching back affects, they moved there for 5 years and then came home again any way they took the p38 rangy over to recover a trailer which housed an bmw e34 estate, allong with a boot laced with wine. half way through portugal a drunken spaniard hit them on a bend ,they rolled the range rover trailer with e34 on top totaly writ the lot off the rangy they were traveling in,roof was completly crushed to the bottom of the windows the pictures are devestating, they must have been good in the past as god was defenatly sitting on there shoulders,, more ashtonising he said that not a single bottel of wine in either boot smashed?? and so damn lucky the kids wernt with them.
