A family friend had an RX8 and found that driving it in the snow was no fun at all.........all high rev, top end power-not bottom end torque! subsequently lots of wheel spin!!!!!

Expected to see some footage on Eamon Hurley. Back in the 70s he was carrying out conversions on RO80s, removing the rotary engine and fitting a Ford V4 engine. He built a top fuel bike, "Concord" using the supercharged RO80 engine. Low 8s would have been pretty good back in the late 70s.

ford V4 one of the engine,s i grew up on == long gone now-days,
