cheers guy i thought about making them spin MM but was not sure if i would have a prob with mot,i did make a kind of sliding adjustable valve in each one to reduce or increase back pressure if needed, they allso make them quiter for mot when there closed

Those exhausts look a bit heavy or are they hollow hi john,cheers mate i just finished anothr xv1100 i keep doing a bit,no not heavy they are bored out and made of aloy, but MM did ask if they spin these dont so now iv just got to do some that do but will make them so i can lock them up if need be for mot....hope your keeping well mate |

Im having some grief with mine, both my hip joints are the metal type and as they wear Im getting very very minute particles of metal build up in my blood. I may have to go in for an oil change, at worse they may have to take them out again   |

I may have to go in for an oil change, at worse they may have to take them out again Hi pete cheers,just before i had my op i had read somthing about these metal joints and particles geting in to folks who had had these type of joints geting in to there blood whitch was worry,so when i went to see the consultant before the op i asked him about then and he told me there were two types of metal joints and the type that was causing the prob,s and the trust that our hospital was under did not fit the type that was causing the problem so i was luck knowing i would not get this prob....i do hope they sort them out for you pete |
