you seem to be using different tek ideas  for different bikes, dont know if this is of help to you  but just found a shop today that do the threaded bar  thats the same thread as the swing arm bolt, so what im saying is you could if you felt justified make that bolt to hold your rose joint out of one hole bit, instead of doing them the way you are it also means you can up the size possible in rose joint. interested. if so ring Suffolk fasteners in suffolk ipswich as iv just ordered some  , very pricey stuff as around  £25 a mtr.
you will need to  case harden it your self by heating it up and dropping it in oil. but you probably know this Wink.

my plan is to spin it doun to fit a rose joint leaving the thread on for the bike frame, and drilling ech end out for bolts as stopers with  a large thick washer .

not fully understanding what you mean mr dodger sir, you may need to elaborated a little, its the (Tamadol) the HTS bolts that i use to go though the rose joints have a shank on so the movement in the rose joint is on the shank of the bolt where it should be, if i used threaded bar this movement would be on a thread (no good) its really not poss to go bigger with the rose joints because most bikes once you have removed the original swingarm the threaded hole in left in the frame is usually around 22mm to give the option to be able to turn back to a bike at any point that thread needs to be protected so by the time you have put a bush in there you have now reduced that hole down to around 16mm 16 mm is ample same size as used to hold the ball on a tow bar i always use the best self lubricating rose joint it works for me why change it............. but thank you for thinking of me

the threaded bar iv ordered is i think 22 mm  i was going to turn the ends down to what ever size they need to be to fit snug a rose joint, then drill the in side out  to run a bolt on end to hold the ros joint this way its all one bar and not two, do you see what.

if you are saying that it will be all one bar instead of two bolts ie one each side, you would not be able to put one bar through from one rose joint to the other not on the bikes iv done
