well need to get the xv wraped up this week got me date for me long awaited hip op the 30th of august just need to get all the lights wired up and hopefuly i may get a ride on it before the op wont be able to do a lot for six weeks or so after, it will send me crazzy  Cry

Good luck with the hip op, Zak. Ive had both mine done and the lack of pain, after recovery from op, was such a relief. If I had a 3rd leg, that had a hip joint, I wouldn't hesitate to get it done Smiley Trikes looking really good  Smiley

Id lost about 45mm in leg length before they decided to replace my first one, the result was that I now have a full metal  ball and socket. My second one was replaced before too much damage was done and is a "birmingham" resurfacing joint. It was dam painfull directly after the operations but the morphine kept in in check, mostly. But as I say I wouldnt hesitate to have it done again if I had too. Good luck Cool

Hi Kev. I have,nt been very active on here for some time...just occasional having a browse around to see whats going on and what people are up to.
Hope the operation goes ok for you,and....with all the good trikes your turning out, are you still building them in your shed? I only ask as its pretty amazing cuz all your trikes are,in my opinion, professionally put together.
